Cabinets, trim, doors, and installed millwork covering separation, fastening, and finish failures.

Setting bed, waterproofing membrane, grout, and installation-related failures.

Warranty FAQs
Is the warranty transferable?+
Yes. If you sell the property within the 10-year window, the remaining warranty transfers to the new owner at no charge — a real advantage at resale.
How do I make a claim?+
Email warranty@tlconstruction.com or open a ticket in the client portal. On-site assessment within 5 business days; non-emergency repairs scheduled within 21 days; emergencies within 24 hours.
What's excluded?+
Owner-caused damage, third-party modifications after handoff, cosmetic wear consistent with normal use, and acts of God. Full exclusion list is in the signed warranty document.
What's the 'escrow reserve'?+
For every project over $50K, T&L funds 1% of contract value into a segregated warranty reserve, held at Regions Bank and audited annually. Reserves are used exclusively to fund warranty labor even if a subcontractor is unavailable.
