What is T&L Construction's designer partnership program?
T&L Construction partners with Memphis interior designers as the build arm on residential and hospitality projects. Designers hold the aesthetic relationship; T&L holds the schedule, budget, subcontractors, and QC. Field changes are proposed to the designer in writing before execution, with a 5-business-day submittal turnaround and standing weekly coordination call.

How the partnership works
Do you work off my drawings or redraw them?+
We build to your drawings. We produce shop drawings only for cabinetry, millwork, and steel — always sent to you for approval before fabrication.
Who talks to the client on the jobsite?+
Field questions come to you or through you. We do not make aesthetic calls without written designer approval.
Do you pay designer referral fees?+
Yes — 3% of contract value on projects you refer where you're not the designer of record, paid at project close.
